Rev. Ray Thomas
Rev. Ray Thomas began serving as our Transitional Pastor on June 1, 2025. After serving for more than thirty years as pastor for Presbyterian churches in New York and Arizona, and serving for five years as an Executive Presbyter for the Presbytery of Middle Tennessee, Ray brings his gifts and experiences to help prepare PLPC for our next installed pastor. In this part-time, temporary role, he will be leading church-wide conversations about such things as Who Are We?, Who Are We Here to Serve?, What Do We Stand For?, and How Do We See the Ministry Gifts of Our Next Pastor, and the Future of Our Church, Taking Shape? Ray will be preaching and leading worship for two or three Sundays each month, moderating Session, and providing pastoral leadership until our installed pastor search is completed.

Wayne Hill
Custodian
Wayne Hill has faithfully served Priest Lake Presbyterian Church for many years, continuing a family tradition that began with his father—the church’s first custodian. As a teenager, Wayne worked alongside his dad, learning the rhythms of care and stewardship. When his father stepped back, Wayne naturally stepped forward, embodying quiet dedication and consistency. Today, the Hill family's legacy lives on, with Wayne’s loved ones occasionally stepping in to help, just as he once did..
