PRAYER OF CONFESSION:
Merciful God, we confess that we have not always been faithful stewards. We’ve clung to comfort instead of acting with holy boldness. We’ve withheld forgiveness , waiting for perfect motives. We’ve used our gifts to protect ourselves, not to bless others. Forgive us. Redeem our creativity. Repurpose our urgency. Make us shrewd for love’s sake, and faithful in small things.
