†CALL TO WORSHIP: (Psalm 65: 9-13)
One: You visit the earth and make it abundant, enriching it greatly by God’s stream, full of water. You provide people with grain because that is what you decided.
All: Drenching the earth’s furrows, leveling its ridges, you soften it with rain showers; you bless its growth.
One: You crown the year with your goodness; your paths overflow with rich food. Even the desert pastures drip with it, and the hills are dressed in pure joy.
All: The meadowlands are covered with flocks, the valleys decked out in grain- they shout for joy; they break out in song!

CALL TO CONFESSION
PRAYER OF CONFESSION:
Morning by morning, Lord, you hear our prayers for mercy and love. Evening after evening, Lord, you hear our prayer of thanksgiving for mercy and love that we’ve received. We come to you again on this Lord’s Day, praying for your lasting mercy and abundant love. Heal our brokenness. Guide us in ways which free us from the toilsome burdens of guilt. Direct our paths away from temptation, toward real peace, genuine joy, and healthy relationships with others. Shine your light and shower your mercy upon us so that we may bless others with the new life we’ve come to know, only through you. Hear now, Lord, our silent prayers of confession.
