†CALL TO WORSHIP:
One: Sing praises to the Lord and give thanks to God’s holy name.

One: The Holy Spirit calls us into freedom-not for ourselves but for love.
All: We will walk by the Spirit, bearing the fruit of God’s grace.
†OPENING HYMN: Blue # 315 “Every Time I Feel the Spirit”
CALL TO CONFESSION:
PRAYER OF CONFESSION:
Merciful God, you call us to live by the Spirit, but we confess that we often choose what is comfortable instead of what is faithful. We cling to old fears, old habits, and old wounds. We forget that you lift us up, restore us, and set us free. Forgive us, O God. Turn our mourning into dancing, our hesitation into courage, and our self-interest into love. By your Spirit, make us new.
SILENT PRAYER OF CONFESSION: In Jesus’ name, Amen
ASSURANCE OF FORGIVENESS
†PASSING OF THE PEACE
†CONGREGATIONAL RESPONSE: Blue# 579 “Gloria Patri”
TIME FOR ALL GOD’S CHILDREN
PRAYER FOR ILLUMINATION:
Holy Spirit, come and speak to us through you Word. Lift what is heavy, quiet what distracts, and open our hearts to your freedom and joy. Grow in us the fruit of your Spirit as we listen for your voice. Amen.
